Violet is the daughter of my freshman year college roommate and good friend, but that’s not why she is one of my favorite subjects! She’s a quiet, super-intelligent child with a serious side behind the camera and a love for red shoes. I can relate! ; ) I caught a few smiles in here, but I do adore her, just as she is. And oh those baby blues! These were some of her mom’s favorites mixed with some of mine! I’m thrilled that that I’ve had the chance to photograph her as she has grown up!
