breanne, sam, mason and everett {Urban Holiday Family Session}

One of my favorite families, and one of my longest running Tucson clients, is back again for almost more cuteness than I can handle. I have been photographing Breanne and Sam since she was pregnant with Mason, and how time has flown…now they have two, and yes we did some fabulous maternity and newborn with Everett as well. Luckily his 3 month session corresponded perfectly to Christmas photo season and Breanne took advantage by dolling the whole family up in red which perfectly complimented the green backgrounds made possible by the Amtrak Station right behind Maynard’s in downtown Tucson. I just love how the reds jump out against those greens. Merry AND bright! Perfection!

Urban locations can be pretty awesome for photography sessions for families and children. Often time urban settings have more green than you would imagine, have lots of cool architecture, and also tend to be less crowded than popular parks and recreation areas. Orange County in Southern California has several cities that make great backdrops for holiday family photography sessions, like Old Towne Orange Historic District and the areas around the Anaheim Packing District!
