Ashley and Jeff said “I do” at the charming and historic Fort Myer Old Post Chapel and Officer’s Club. The bride was soft, feminine, and elegant, with the bouquets a bright splash of autumn color in oranges and yellows. The bridal party was beautiful in navy blues and grays. The ceremony took place at the quaint Fort Myer chapel and had all the historical elements any vintage and classic bride could ask for – white wooden pews, arching ceilings, stone tablet floors and dust motes floating charmingly through the air. Outside the chapel, the leaves still clung to the trees in a myriad of fall colors – gold, ocher, and burnt sienna – enhanced by the rays of the setting sun that made for a stunning backdrop for a couple in love. After running all around the post taking photos, Ashley and Jeff danced the night away in the decadent blue and gold ballroom at the Officer’s Club on the post. Congratulations to you both! I cannot thank you enough for allowing me to travel across the country and capture your wedding!! XO Jacquelynn
